Mar 05, 2018 Check the gearbox shaft without a band on the saw, in case you have a worn bearing seat on the shaft or in the gearbox housing. Same check with the idler wheel, I guess. Then, the idler wheel needs to be adjusted with some sort of tilt screws in order to tilt the axle so as to cause the band to want to run towards the shoulder on the wheel.
